A perioscope is innovative technology that provides comprehensive treatment for advanced gum disease below the gum line. This miniature dental endoscope includes advanced video and magnification technology to help the hygienist identify areas of gum disease and then eradicate them with tiny ultrasonic probes called microultrasonics. By allowing the hygienist to visualize a higher level of detail of the entire structure of the teeth roots, they can more effectively diagnose and treat residual periodontal disease with increased patient comfort and reduced recovery time.
